MHM 2022 - Burnout, productivity, relaxation, and self worth

This is me so much all the time. If I'm not doing something with my hands, I don't even know what to do with myself. It's really hard to get out of the mindset that being "productive" all the time is the goal.

I know there are many of you reading that that very much feel seen. How do we combat this need to feel productive at all times? How do we allow ourselves to relax? As Mental Health With Marcie says, productivity does not equal self worth. But how do we unlink those?
