Shawl Every Day 2021 - Day 26 - Holiday Gift Guide: Wonderful Things
The maker in your life may not need anything specific to their craft, but they are sure to appreciate thoughtful gifts from other makers. Here are some general suggestions for wonderful and delightful things that makers (or anyone!) will enjoy.

Lotion - Makers use and abuse their hands a lot. A good lotion is always a safe bet for a gift.
Notebooks - We can never have too many notebooks. Bonus points for ones that have grid paper or dot paper.
Washi Tape - There are so many fun options out there. Washi tape brightens up a planner or can be used for temporary markings on a sewing machine or ruler. I’ve also used washi tape to seal an envelope instead of boring glue.
Tea Towels - One can never have too many towels.
Tote Bags - Similarly to tea towels, there is always room for tote bags. They can hold works in progress or be used for a trip to the craft store.
Zip Pouches - We always need ways to store our stuff. I use one of these pouches to hold my scissors and yarn needles.
Mugs - No matter what you’re drinking (coffee, water, wine, margaritas!), you always need a fabulous mug to drink out of.
Stickers - I know I put stickers on all of my stuff - computer, sewing machine, 3D printer, etc
