I mentioned a few days ago about doing a mental health check-in on a regular basis. You can do something simple like setting a reminder on your phone, but there are also a variety of apps out there that are more mental-health specific that you might want to check out.
Talkspace - Connects you with a network of licensed mental health professionals that you have unlimited text access to. Can also pay additional for phone/video calls.
Happify - Boosts your mood with science-backed games that help you reduce stress, build resilience, and overcome negative thoughts.
Moodkit - Helps users learn self-awareness and healthy attitudes. This app uses cognitive behavioral therapy foundations to provide you with 200 different mood activities.
MoodMission - Provides “missions” specific to your mood to help improve your mood and increase your mental health skills.
Calm - Meditation app for beginners that has various modes such as improving sleep quality, reducing anxiety, and improving focus.
