Physical health vs. mental health

Too often, this is how we feel when we want to talk about our mental health. But remember that it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to tell someone that you're really struggling that day and that you might need a few extra cat memes to help you out. It's okay to share your story. Talking about your mental health helps reduce the stigma and helps other people feel comfortable talking about their mental health. It's one of the big reasons why I write so much about it. We really are all in this together and just know that there are people who care so much about you and love you no matter what.
