What is Loops of Gray all about?

What is Loops of Gray? I am a maker, teacher, designer, and mental health advocate. The "loops" in Loops of Gray represents knitting loops, crochet loops, quilting loops. The "gray" represents depression, anxiety, mental health concerns. I educate people around crafts, mental health, maker philosophies, and community. Making is for everyone and I hope you come along with me in my quest for crafts, community, and mental health.
