Mental Health Awareness Month 2020
May is #mentalhealthawarenessmonth so I'll be posting some information every day related to #mentalhealth.
This year's theme is You Are Not Alone. We all have a rough patch with our mental health sometimes, now especially, so it's important to remember that it's okay to reach out. It's okay to ask someone for help. It's okay to ask someone if they need help. It's okay to talk about it. It's okay to share your story.
I hope you come along with me on this journey and learn a little bit about mental health, and more importantly, yourself.
